Aaron Nieh: Extreme Simplicity / Interview

This project delves into the complexities of translation, not just between languages, but within them. This album-like book transcends a simple bilingual layout, featuring a conversation about design between a Chinese designer Aaron Nieh, and the Fake Magazine. I experimented with typography, exploring how text interacts with the page from the overall composition to the precise arrangement of letters. The design choices play with the concepts of communication and miscommunication.
